Mike has spent over 15 years in Arizona’s restaurant industry, owning and operating multiple successful concepts. He’s also held key corporate roles with two of the largest food distribution companies in the country—Sysco and US Foods—where he supported multi-unit operators through procurement strategy, vendor partnerships, and scalable growth planning. As Co-Founder of Hospitality First Concepts, Mike is focused on building and uniting scalable restaurant brands under one platform to optimize operations, drive expansion, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
