He is an early investor in Salad and Go and the co-founder of Hospitality First, a platform focused on building and scaling innovative restaurant concepts. Tom is the co-creator behind several successful brands, including Uncommon, Tipsy Egg, Back Alley BBQ, DTC Sports Grille, Dutchman’s Country BBQ, Rusty Buckle, and Outcast Donuts, and is also a co-owner of Tortilla Flat.
