Tom Misitano is a seasoned foodservice and hospitality executive with over 22 years of experience at Sysco Food Service, where he built deep expertise across operations, sourcing, and restaurant growth strategy. He is an early investor in Salad and Go and the co-founder of Hospitality First, a platform focused on building and scaling innovative restaurant concepts. Tom is the co-creator behind several successful brands, including Uncommon, Tipsy Egg, Back Alley BBQ, DTC Sports Grille, Dutchman’s Country BBQ, Rusty Buckle, and Outcast Donuts, and is also a co-owner of Tortilla Flat. His career reflects a strong track record of concept development, brand execution, and long-term value creation in the hospitality industry.
